PROPERTY REVIEWS FOR HOMEOWNERS & LISTING AGENTS

Considering Selling? Start With a Clear Property Review.

Tremblay Acquisitions reviews residential properties for a possible purchase based on the home, the numbers, the seller’s goals, and mutually agreed terms.

No obligation to accept proposed terms. A review does not guarantee an offer or closing.

PROPERTY REVIEWS

A Clearer Way to Explore a Possible Sale.

We work directly with property owners and listing agents to review residential properties when price, equity, condition, timing, or financing makes a traditional sale difficult. We may be able to discuss a possible purchase if the property, numbers, and seller’s goals align. We also review pre-foreclosure situations where owners are behind on mortgage payments or facing a scheduled trustee sale.

  • Property Owners — Share the property basics and what you want to accomplish.
  • Listing Agents — We respect existing listing agreements and can work through the agent.
  • Clear Next Steps — If the property appears to fit, possible terms are explained in plain language.

Every property is different. A review does not guarantee an offer or closing. Any commission arrangement must be agreed in writing.

Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to common questions about how we work with listing agents.

Question 1: What exactly does Tremblay Acquisitions do?

We review residential properties for a possible purchase based on the home, the numbers, the seller’s goals, and mutually agreed terms. When listing agents are involved, we can work directly through the agent, and any commission arrangement must be agreed in writing.

Question 2: Are you trying to take my client or my listing?

No. If a listing agent is involved, we respect the existing listing agreement and can work through the agent. Any commission arrangement must be agreed in writing.

Question 3: What types of listings are a good fit?

We review a variety of situations, including properties with limited equity, deferred repairs, inherited or vacant homes, rental or tenant concerns, changing timelines, or listings where the traditional retail path may no longer fit. Each property is evaluated individually.

Question 4: How long does your review process take?

We aim to complete our initial property review as soon as practical after receiving property details. Submitting information is simply a request for review: it is not an offer, contract, or guarantee of purchase.
